PRICING

12. The prices stated by us at the time we receive your Order are the prices you pay except where we discover an error in the price of the Goods you have ordered. In this event, we will inform you as soon as possible after receiving your Order and give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the Order as cancelled.

13. All prices are displayed on the Website in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate charged in the UK.

14. Delivery charges can be found in the administration pages of the website.

15. Ownership of the Goods you Order on the Website shall pass to you on delivery provided that we have processed and received payment in full for such Goods.

DELIVERY

16. Inukshuk Clothing Ltd are able to deliver your Goods to any address within the British Isles including the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We are also able to accept British Forces Post Office orders.

17. We offer a standard delivery service which usually takes 3 to 5 working days for your goods to arrive, from receipt of your order. We make every effort to deliver Goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

18. You have the right to cancel you order within a one week (7 day) period running from the day after the date of receipt of the order. During this time you must provide written notice of your intention to cancel the order. Your payment, if it has been processed, will be refunded in full within 30 days; provided always that it is your responsibility to return the goods to the supplier indicated on your invoice within 14-21 days.

JURISDICTION

19. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all or any claims or any other disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this website and its use and these Terms and conditions. These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
